We collect as little as possible. Below is exactly what we process through this website, why, who we share it with and how you change your choices.

01Who is responsible

02What data we process
Contact. You can email us or fill in the contact form. Through the form we receive:
- your name and email address (required);
- your company name, the service you are interested in, your budget indication and your message (if you fill them in);
- the language of the page and the page you sent the form from.
The form forwards your request to us by email, via the email service Resend. We do not store form submissions in a database on the website. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you put in your email.
Website statistics. With your consent we measure how the site is used through Google Analytics 4: which pages you view, how you arrive, device and browser details and an approximation of your location. We also measure whether you click an email link or send the contact form. See 'Cookies and consent'.
Technical data. To deliver and secure the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit in server logs.

05Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We work with these parties, which process your data as processors on our behalf:
- Google: Tag Manager and Analytics (statistics) and Google Cloud (hosting on Cloud Run, region europe-west1, Belgium).
- Resend: forwarding contact form submissions to us by email.
Some of these parties are US companies, so data may end up outside the European Economic Area. That happens under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
06How long we keep data
- Contact requests and email: as long as needed for the correspondence and a possible collaboration.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months. Google then deletes it automatically.
- Cookies: see the table above.
- Server logs: 30 days. Google Cloud then deletes them automatically.
07Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a common format (portability);
- withdraw your consent, through 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of every page. This applies from that moment on, not retroactively.
Email your request to nick@onestomedia.nl. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
08Changes
